Remodels and Additions and New Homes as Owner and as General Contractor

Westgate Drive Silverado Country Club, Napa
On behalf of a family partnership, specification consulting, utility processing and construction of 4700 square foot contemporary craftsman family compound fronting the 5th fairway (North course) including main home, guest house and grounds. Original home and grounds had been destroyed during the 2018 Atlas Peak Fire.

Chabot Road, Oakland Rockridge
Complete period based rehabilitation and 2500 square foot addition to 1925 Mediterranean including new foundation, M.E.P. systems and all finishes.

Camino Don Miguel, Orinda
As owner and on behalf of an offshore client, on a side slope undeveloped lot, designed, developed and built a new 2500 square foot custom Craftsman home.

Rheem Boulevard, Orinda
Remodel and addition to 1940’s traditional home including redesign and rehabilitation of bedroom, bathroom, laundry kitchen and family room.

Fairway Avenue, Oakland
Remodel and upgrade of 1930’s Mediterranean including plumbing, electrical and finishes in bathrooms living room and kitchen.

Overhill Road, Orinda
1000 square foot addition to mid century modern home including complete remodel with new finishes to interior and exterior.

Camino Don Miguel, Orinda
As owner, entitlement of new modern 2850 square foot home where old home existed. Demolition of old home and construction of high end open floor plan new home with radiant heat, stained concrete floors, window wall, and surrounding grounds on a flat building site.

Broadway Terrace, Oakland Hills
As General Contractor, construction of new 3500 square foot contemporary home on a steep up-sloping lot. High end finishes including walnut cabinetry and floors, custom iron railings with glass panels, wine room, fire pit, spa, built in surveillance and related electronic control systems.

Development Consulting Los Altos Road, Orinda
Acquired 4.6 acre site with off shore client and working toward the entitlement of 8000-10,000 custom modern home and grounds.

Development Consulting Oak Ridge Lane, Orinda
Managed the planning and entitlement of a contemporary modular 3500 square foot home on a side-sloping undeveloped forested lot for a family relocating from San Francisco. Work included interfacing with City, County, State Department of Fish and Wildlife, Fire District, utilities and various consultants. Project was approved by Orinda Planning.

Leo Way, Oakland
In collaboration with the property owner, managed all aspects of design, specification and entitlement of 100% solar powered 3500 square foot modern-cutting edge custom home. Project under construction and will be completed in Fall 2020.

Glendora Circle, Danville
Tore down old home and built a new LEED PLATINUM 5600 square foot Modern including pool, cabana and extensive landscape requiring complicated engineering. Use of 110 page architectural plan set including extensive collaboration with architect, engineers and designers.

Hagen Oaks Ct, Danville
Specified, Rebuilt and added living space to burned down 5500 square foot contemporary hillside home including pool house, extensive landscape and site engineering.

Arbolado Drive, Walnut Creek
Complete demolition to bare studs of existing 2500 square foot home. Added 2600 square feet of living space and changed architectural style from 1980’s tract to Mediterranean. Included all mechanical systems and finishes.

Honey Hill Road, Orinda
Added 750 square feet to an existing Traditional 4000 sf custom home including bedrooms and bathrooms media room, replaced mechanical systems, raised ceiling plate, matched all finishes. Built sport court, spa, pool, out-door kitchen and pavilion, extensive site and landscape improvements. Work completed in occupied home.

Honey Hill Road, Orinda
Demolition of a portion of existing home and then added addition of 3000 square feet. Changed style from 1960’s rancher to traditional Mediterranean. Project specified by Bayview

Van Ripper Ln. Orinda
Rebuilt entire 1950's home and built new Craftsman 2750 square foot Craftsman style home.

Montecello Court, Lafayette
5000 square foot home remodel. Bayview directed change in design from 1980's tract quality Mediterranean to current contemporary adding addition to living room, rebuilt entry, replaced tile roof with standing seam, changed out all windows, pop out in living room, replacing all windows, flooring, tile, remodeling bathrooms and kitchen and bedrooms. Work completed in occupied home.

East View Drive, Lafayette
Added a second story and matched finishes to a 1950's home including including bedrooms, playroom and bath. Included remodel of master bath and other interior finish and mechanical improvements. Work completed in occupied home

Shelter Cove Avenue, Davis
Complete demolition to bare studs and rebuild of a 3600 square foot home, including reconstruction of an 800 square foot conditioned basement.

Donald Drive, Orinda
Complete interior and exterior demolition and rebuild from 1950's tract to Contemporary including radiant heat, outdoor kitchen, elevated decks with cable rail,and addition of guest quarters.

Charles Hill Road, Orinda
Added 800 square foot guest apartment addition, including new entry, handicap ramp, full kitchen, baths. Work done in occupied home.

Rebuilt attached garage. Included: slab, foundation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roof, etc.

Woodside Glen, Oakland Hills
Acquired a 13-acre infill site and entitled, designed, built and sold all improvements and 21 custom homes.  Located in the Piedmont Pines district adjacent to Joaquin Miller Park.

Jocelyn Place, Walnut Creek
Acquired a 1.5 acre infill site and entitled, designed, built and sold all improvements and 7 custom homes. Located near the Walnut Creek Bart station.

View Place, Oakland
Acquired a 1 acre infill site and entitled, designed and built all improvements and 9 custom single family homes. Located in the Rockridge district.

Marietta Court, Concord
Acquired a 2 acre infill site and entitled, designed and built all improvements and 7 custom homes.  Located adjacent to the Lime Ridge open space.

Alice and Winton, Hayward
Acquired a 1 acre site and entitled, designed, and built all improvements and 8 homes on an in-fill property near the downtown area.

Canyon View Drive, Orinda
Purchased an existing home and designed, entitled and built an ultra high end 6200 square foot French Country estate. Sustainable project included complete new landscape including pool, guest house, 400 feet of hand forged wrought iron fencing, new foundation and complete rebuilding, refinishing and addition to existing home.

Waldeck Court, Oakland
Acquired land and then designed and built a 3600 square foot custom home on a parcel that required subdivision approvals in a neighborhood consisting of older homes with owners who actively opposed the development.

Lynn Drive and Vista Kelly Oaks, Concord
Managed the design and built as general contractor all improvements and 7 custom homes.

Southfield Park Subdivision, Davis
Acquired 30 acres zoned for mixed use. Designed and entitled a three phase market rate development consisting of a 45 lot subdivision on Albany Avenue a 54 lot subdivision on Farragut Circle and a 60 unit affordable garden style condominium complex.  As principal and as general contractor, built all improvements and sold 45 lots to individual small builders. Paid off the improvement loan, built a model complex, built and sold out the 54 home subdivision and built and sold out the individual homes in the condominium project.

Mohr Lane, Concord
Winning bidder at auction for a 7.99 acre former school site owned by the Mount Diablo Unified School District. Obtained entitlements for a 48 lot market rate single family home subdivision. The project was approved as a Planned Unit Development which included private streets, a tot lot, and four different floor plans with three different elevation options per floor plan.

Rochin Subdivision, Livermore
Purchased, entitled, and developed 2 acre site. Project included 4 improved single family lots, an existing home and a six-plex site.

Davis Lots
Developed built and sold homes on six 7,000 square foot lots.

Emerald Bay, Davis
Purchased, designed, built and sold two custom homes.

LaSalle Apartments, Davis
98 Apartment Units
Acquired the land with a joint venture partner. Packaged mortgage revenue bond financing, and processed the development through entitlements. Managed construction, rent up and negotiated the sale of the project to a national real estate investor.

Crossroads Village Apartments, Woodland
192 Apartment Units
Acquired the land, packaged mortgage revenue bond financing, Managed the construction. Sold the project to an investor.

Villa Chardonnay Apartments, Livermore
76 Apartment Units
Acquired land on South Livermore Avenue. Entitled through the Livermore RDP process for a garden apartment project. Formed an assessment district in the area of the development including 66 separately owned parcels and managed the construction. Completed the project and sold fully rented to an investor.

Redmond Property, Livermore
Acquired a 4 acre site which was zoned for 36 units. Entered into a joint venture agreement with adjoining landowner to co-develop the two sites totaling approximately 7.5 acres as 72 townhomes. Granted entitlements and sold the property.

As general contractor built 28 condominium units.

Auburn Oaks Apartments, Sacramento
As general contractor, built a 148 unit apartment complex.

Russell Park Student Housing, Davis
As general contractor built a 200 unit student housing complex.

Arlington Farms Apartments, Davis
As general contractor, built a 138 unit apartment complex.

Inclusion II Student Housing, Davis
As general contractor, built fraternity buildings and student apartments consisting of 166 units on the UC Davis Campus.

Sherwood Estates, Sacramento
As general contractor, built 25 condominium units.

Twin Creek Apartments, Woodland
As general contractor, built an apartment complex consisting of 240 units.

Grouse Run Apartments, Sacramento
As general contractor, built an apartment complex consisting of 246 units.

College Town Commons, Davis
As general contractor, built a 62 unit apartment complex.

Hazel Creek Retirement Center, Orangevale
As general contractor, built a HUD 221(d)4 project consisting of 104 apartment seniors units.

Triebhaus Condominiums, Davis
As general contractor built 26 townhouse style homes.

Lakeview Terrace Mixed Use, Oakland
As general contractor built a project consisting of 55 subterranean parking spaces, 8,000 square feet of retail space and 18 luxury condominiums.

As general contractor, built a 24 unit apartment complex.

Pistachios Restaurant, Davis
As general contractor, built an 8000 square feet custom designed restaurant.

Aggie Inn, Davis
As general contractor, built a motel consisting of 21 guestrooms and convention suites.

As general contractor, built a two-phase project consisting of 113 townhouse condominiums.
